Jean François vous présentera le cacao cru rare et puissant d'Amazonie. A travers légendes, arts et bienfaits nutritionnels, vous comprendrez comment ce superaliment est généreux pour le corps, le coeur et de l'esprit.

A partir des fèves de cacao cru en passant par la pâte, le beurre et la poudre, vous apprendrez comment faire vos propres chocolats cru. Pourquoi cru ? Tout simplement parce que nous ne cuisinons pas à plus de 45 ° C pour préserver les nutriments précieux que le cacao contient. Biologique, sans lactose et sans gluten, le chocolat le plus sain et savoureux que vous aurez jamais mangé !

From the cacao beans to the paste, butter and powder, you will learn how to do your own raw chocolate. Why raw ? Just because we don’t cook over 45°C to preserve the nutriments. Be prepared to cook with your earth and solar energy ! Organic, lactose and gluten free, the most healthy and tasty chocolate you will have ever eat.

Jean François Caroff, known as Jeff, is partner of Sol Semilla in charge of the communication and sales development. This pioneer superfood brand, Sol Semilla, is also known for its vegan and superfood canteen in Paris leading by chef Joelma Leitao.
